VIDEO COMPUTER STORE (PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM)

ONE MORE OF MANY VICTIMS:

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY RUN SO POORLY.I HAVE NEVER WISHED I HAD NOT PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A COMPANY BEFORE UNTIL NOW.I WISH I HAD SENT THE SYSTEM BACK NOW.I GOT THE MONITOR,KEYBOARD AND MOUSE.TWO WEEKS LATER I FINALLY GET THE PRINTER & SCANNER.TWO MORE WEEKS GO BY NO TOWER.I BEGAN CALLING THEM,TO BE TOLD THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER.

I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER HOW MANY CALLS I MADE UNTIL I FINALLY REACHED A SO CALLED SUPERVISOR WHO THEN PROMISED ME THAT I WOULD BE PLACED ON A PRIORTIY LIST.IT TOOK ME 12 WEEKS TO GET WHAT THEY ADVERTISE TO BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 TO 4 WEEKS.

THATS NOT THE WORST OF IT!WHEN WE GET THE TOWER I OPEN IT UP TO FIND THAT THERE'S SOMETHING BOUNCING AROUND INSIDE.WE CALL

THE CUST SVC CENTER WE ARE TOLD NOT TO SHIP THE UNIT BACK THAT SHE WOULD TRANSFER US TO A TECHNICIAN WHO WOULD HELP US PUT IT TOGETHER.WE TOLD HER WE DID NOT REALLY WANT TO DO THIS COULD WE NOT JUST SHIP IT BACK.WE ARE TOLD TALK TO THE TECHNICIANS.WE ARE

THEN TRANSFERRED TO THE TECHNICIANS.

WE OPEN THE TOWER UP TO FIND THE AMD PROCESSOR UNSEATED ALONG

WITH SEVERAL WIRES.WE GOT IT TOGETHER ALL BUT ONE WIRE HE SAID IT WAS PROBABLY FOR SOMETHING WE WOULD ADD AT A LATER DATE.

SINCE THEN MY COMPUTER CONSTANTLY LOCKS UP, I GET OE(BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH.IT TOOK 7 MONTHS ON THE PHONE WITH THE TECHNICIANS TO WHICH I HAVE HAD 4 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS TO,& THE VCSTORE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO FIND OUT THAT THERE

IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM.

I'M TOLD I NEED TO SEND THE TOWER BACK TO THEM BY THE TECHNICIANS.I WAS TOLD ON NOV 21,2000 THAT SOMEONE WOULD RETURN MY CALL.I WAITED UNTIL MONDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING AND TALKED TO ONE OF THERE TECHS TO BE TOLD I NEED TO CALL ANOTHER NO#.

I DID CALLED THEM ON WEDNESDAY GOT A TECH WHO REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NAME OF A SUPERVISOR TO CALL BACK IN AND SPEAK TO ABOUT MY PROBLEM.ANYWAY MANY PHONE CALLS LATER NO ONE HAS CALLED.

I'M TOLD BY VCSTORE THAT THE TECNICIANS HAVE TO SET UP THE RETURN OF MY TOWER FOR THE RELOAD.THE TECHNICIANS TELL ME THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO THIS IT SHOULD Be SET UP BY THE VCSTORE.I EXPLAINED TO EVA AT THE VCSTORE THAT COULD SHE NOT SEE MY PROBLEM AND GET ME TO SOMEONE WHO COULD MAKE THIS DECISION.SHE SAID ONLY TECHS CAN MAKE THAT CALL.SHE WOULD PUT IN A REQUEST FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME.WELL TODAY IS THE 2ND OF DEC

AND STILL NO HELP.

OOHH THEY ALSO SAY SINCE I DIDN'T RETURN THE COMPUTER WITHIN 30 DAYS I CAN'T RETURN IT FOR MY MONEY BACK..

THE BBB OF PA IS NO LONGER TAKING COMPLAINTS FOR THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY.WE ARE TOLD TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.PRETTY BAD HUH.I ALSO EMAILED THE GOVERNOR OF PA TO

LET HIM KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS DOING BUSINESS IN HIS STATE.
