Do not buy from this company. We placed an order last spring and it didn't come. They did call and finally after weeks told us computer was not available. We decided to give them another try. We orderedanother computer July 2. It was suppose to arrive 4-5 weeks. It never came. I requested a cancellation in September. They granted that but 3 weeks later I recieved a scanner and they charged my credit card 2047.00. Scanner was sent back it is February 2000 and I still have not recieved credit for this computer.They charged my credit card after I cancelled my order. These people are crooks and should be locked up. Save yourself time and aggravation go to the store and make your purchase. That way you will have your merchandise the day you pay for it.Thanks and don't shop at video computer store or computer personalities they are the same.
