I ordered a computer system on January 25, 2000. I paid for the system at that time. The delivery time frame was supposed to have been 3 to 5 weeks. After 7 weeks, I still had not received the speakers nor the printer. I called their service dept in an attempt to configure the system to the printer that I had on hand and during this attempt the system crashed. I decided to send the whole system back, since it was now 8 weeks since my order was placed. Four weeks later, I was told the refund was not made because the speakers were on the way. When the speakers arrived another week later, I refused delivery. Four weeks later, I finally received a refund. Three weeks after receiving the refund, I received a card saying a substitute printer was being shipped to me. This company's left hand obviously doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This whole process involved several phone calls that required me to be on hold for as much as two hours, only to be informed that my printer was on back order. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
