Ordered a computer through the phone - paid 2265.oo- was guaranteed 2 to 4 weeks delivery. It took 8 weeks to receive. First unit was DOA. The replacement CPU was not much better. The compay was not very people freindly and does not keep their word as sstated on national TV ad and on their phone.
When you call the company to talk to them you can plan on spending at least 45 minutes waiting for someone to tell you that there is nothing they can do to help you.
Called to return the unit with their 30 day guarantee. They said that I had to pay shiping and handling to return it. It is not that we just don"t want the system it is that twice they have sent us faulty and inferior quality merchandis. They need to take the responsibility to pay for the return.
The gentleman on the phone suggested that I seek legal counsel in order to get the company to rectify the situation. He also told me that for a nominal fee he could switch me to another unit but could not promise the length of wait.
No matter what it looks like we are going to have to pay $200 or more just to get some stisfaction in this situation. I feel we are being forced to keep this systeem.
Help us get our money back and convince the company to pay the shipping ang handling.
