I odered a computer system from an informercial from The Video Computer Store / Computer Personalities (www.vcstore.com). It was supposed to be the latest release of the fastest computers. I was billed a month before shipment. After following all instructions for set-up, it didn't work. For two weeks I attempted to call the 24-hr 7 day a week tech support and customer service. The voice mail system rarely provided an opportunity to leave a message and after leaving messages, there were no return calls. TECH SUPPORT MUST NOT EXIST and CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT SERVE. I returned the merchandise in the orginal packaging. Three of the four boxes were accepted and the other rejected. How could any respectable company reject what is obviously their merchandise? It has been 3 months now and I have not received a credit for the return. The delivery has been traced and confirmed by the US Postal Service but no refund from The Video Store / Computer Personalities. I received a phone call to say it is their policy NOT to accept packages shipped via US Mail (Priority, Insured, Express or Regular). HOW RIDICULOUS COULD THIS BE!!! Anyway, merchandise was returned to The Video Store but NO REFUND TO THIS FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER.
At the time of my order there was an icon to click and check the this company was a Better Business Bureau Member. It is now gone. Is there any wonder why. They should now be a charter member of the BAD BUSINESS BUREAU.
