Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In Montana, Verizon wiress has had a agreement with another cell company called cellular one, that agreement was that Verizons customers could jointly use cellular service towers in certain areas where Verizon would not provide or could not provide service.About three weeks ago that agreement was terminated,so to the dismay of Verizon Customers cell service was lost in many areas. After many calkls to Verizon all they say is were working on it.The town of Evaro Montana has now been out of service for three weeks.THREE WEEKS.I was told if I didn't like it I could change cell companys.I told them no,all I want is you to provide the service you promised when I connected with your company. After many many calls to rude service reps, calls and e-mails have gone un-answered.Were working on it,is all they say.I have been given no estimated time of restoral. No nothing!Things happen I know, but three weeks with out service to our town is not acceptable.Beaware this company doesn't care about their customers, when something like this happens customers really see their true colors.BEWARE OF VERIZON.

If they cannot provide the service for a length of time and you do not want to switch your service to another company, you may be eligible to not being charged for the length of time when the service is not available. If they tell you that you could have changed the service, it is your choice to do so. If you insist on using them, it implies that you accept their terms because you have been given a choice to go somewhere else and there are other providers available in the area.

You cannot force them to give you the service if they cannot do anything. Obviously the people on the other line have no authority to reconnect the service for you. If you want to take this matter to a small claim court, I doubt that the judge would give an order to force them to reconnect the service for you but may award you for the amount of charges if they charged you for the service you did not receive.
