Vdo specialties.com This company cannot provide products as promised. Mikes gives stories full of fiction and no facts, He cant even provide me with a simple tracking #. Chippewa Falls Wisconsin
I have used this company to order parts for playstation 2 repairs, they are slow at processing their orders but I did recieve my first order OK.
The problems started when I sent my second order. I ordered a back up cds and a ribbon cable, after waiting 1 week I checked the order status on their web site and it showed as pending. So I sent them an e mail stating if they did not have the cd I could wait for that but I really needed the cable. They sent me the cable and said they would send me the cds ASAP. This was acceptable (at that time).
I needed another part and placed a order for it plus another cd. This was 5 weeks ago. On March 19th VDO Specialties said they sent it out a week ago ( their web site showed this order as pending, As it still does to this date ). On April I e-mailed them again on April 2nd their reply was it was already sent out and they were looking for a tracking #. On April 3 I replied that I would like that # to contact the USPS to inquire on its location. I recieved no reply. Today April 10 I requested from vdo-specialties to have somebody of authority call me and try to resolve this. But I would like others to know how poor the service is from this company.

This order was for a cable and CD's and the cbale was delivered just fine, we did send the order out and it was signed for. If it takes longer than you assume, please make sure you read our FAQ's as to why. this lady was looking at a sttus page that nothing to do with her, it was for repairs of PS2 only, so I have no idea how she even claims she found her name in there as it was not. AGAIN READ OUR FAQ'S!
