I ordered my computer in July. Rec. monitor end of August. Rec tower in Sept. Been making my payments and still no printer or scanner. NUMEROUS emails to Diane at vc store everytime I ask for more info i get the same response. THEOFFER OF $240.00 IF I CAN'T WAIT.

I have asked for tracking numbers to no avail. Talked with one rep who said vcstore didn't ship my printer and scanner but that it would come from cannon. so I asked if I contacted cannon would they give me tracking numbers the rep told me that cannon wouldn't know who i was--hmmmm wonder then how cannon would know who to ship it to if they are to ship directly to me???

All i want is my printer and scanner and them to honor the rebates. I am ready to take this mess to my lawyer and see what gives. never in my life have i run into someone that i coudn't get the answers to my questions from like i have with this hear and we won't even begin to discuss the tech. service. finally got the man down the street to get mycomputer up and running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
