Vanessa c Pesaressi Entered marriage solely to obtain green card for her and her two children tampa Florida
I'm filing this report to make the public and other men aware of Vanessa c Pesaressi age 36 resident in Luts Florida that she entered a sham marriage by pretending to be in love with an american citizen (myself) After posting an add on the dating web site Pof.
She started datind me and quickly seduced me using deception and tryckery to make me believe she was honest and a person looking to start a new family. She entered the US on a visitor visa between 2000 or 2002, she overstayed her visa and changed at least 10 addresses in the last 10 years. She is also been in therapy with a family psychologist for tha last 10 years, the doctor name is Ruben Aloyo of Tampa Fl, It turns out that dr. Aloyo is a multiple felon with arrests records in hillsbrough county, It is my suspicion he also operates without a state licence and he is aiding Miss Pesaressi to file false psychological abuse to present to immigration when time comes.
I married miss Pesaressi inJune 2011, in october 2011 she received her temp green card after she applied for status over the summer, in the month of november 2011 she started acting up and I started to suspect she had done it all to obtain her status. In the next 3 months she was always distant and very rude, In march 2012 she left for her country of Peru' to visit her family and friends, she returned after one month and in the first week she told me she had no more time to be my wife, I therefore decided it was what I had suspected all along,A scam. She also abandoned our residence and rented her own place signing a one year lease and went on to live with her two children.
On march 2013 after filing for divorce I obtained the final decree of divorce, she also refused to talk to me or respond any emails or phone calls since the first day I served her, In June 2012.
Soon After I receved the final divorce I started to get information from some of her family members that she had asked for opinions on what would happen if she stopped sleeping with me,(her husband) she also shared information saying that she was never in love and did it to get a quick way to fix her status,also wanted her son to get a green card before he turned 18 so he could join the military, she was also heard yelling at her two children that she was (explicit) me for them. She is also very abusive of her own children.
I also have various information gathered from within her family that she was planning everything from day 1, and she is currently trying to fabricate mental,domestic,and psych abuse to convince uscis she was a battered wife. Of course all of it without any proof or any police reports since violence was never in discussion and never happened.
In conclusion,
She is a very devious and an unethical person, with very low standards willing to do everything to obtain what she wants, she will go to any lenghts and with no regrets or regards for anyone's feelings and consequences.

Dear Joe, you know very well that what you wrote is just nonsense, you were manipulated as usual, most information i have on this woman came from yourself! I have emails you personally send me, now all of a sudden i'm unstable? vendicative toward an ex lover? you were the first to say she played me, not to say anything becouse you would deny? you are full of it joe! if you want to get involved with this i will be ready for you as well, what i'm doing is only to prove that this woman does not deserve her documentation. nothing else, she should just turn it in and go back to her country, beside, what i said about aloyo is not true? I only pointed out that he has a record. It's PUBLIC records, and i think he might aided her on some reports. get your head out of your behind.

I know both of the parties involved in this complaint; I was at their wedding and have personal knowledge relating to their relationship.
It is true that Vanessa Pesaressi separated from Eddie S**** approximately 18 months after they were married, but his version of the events are untrue and are typical of character assassination used against an ex-lover.
If this marriage was "arranged" for the purpose of citizenship, she would have stayed with Eddie for the complete two-year period necessary to obtain her Green Card.
I question everything this man says; he is very vindictive and has been trying for over a year to punish Vanessa for their failed marriage.
(His accusations about Dr. Aloyo are also untrue; Dr. Aloyo is taking legal action against Mr. S****.)
In my opinion, Eddie S**** is mentally unbalanced and obsessed with Ms. Pesaressi; he has not been able to accept the fact that unfortunately their relationship did not work out.
