Value City Furniture Busted My Bunk Beds Catonsville Maryland
I ordered a bunk bed, two dressers, two sofas, a dinning room set and a bedroom set ALL AT ONCE at Value City. I paid for my furniture ALL AT ONCE so I expected a delivery ALL AT ONCE.
Well needless to say, I paid for my furniture 2/2008 and recieved it in pieces (a dresser here, a table there) and did not recieve all of my furniture until Mid May. They kept telling me that this was on back order and that was on back order. Not long after I recieved my furniture, I had to move. So we had to break all of the stuff down again. All of the other furniture was fine, except for my bunk beds.
When Value City deliver they set your furniture up as well. I wish I could have been there when they delivered my son's bunk beds because we attempted to break them down to move them out of the house and we couldn't because the stripped all of the screws and even broke the key off in one of the screws at the bottom. We had to leave the beds there and I only had them for not more than three months.
I called Value City about it and they told me there was nothing I could do about it and they wouldn't even give me half a store credit. If you want to buty furniture from Value City:
SET IT UP YOURSELF!!
