I attended a presentation  in Charleston,SC on April 9,2012 and bought a package including 2 weeks of a condo per year for a cost of $2894. We were told that they have an extensive listing of condos thru out many countries. During the presentation, the company representative specifically said condos for 1-2 people were available for $599/week. I felt that was a very reasonable price and bought the package based on this fact.

Since I go to NYC and Aspen every year, I thought this was a good deal for $599/week. I filled out the appropriate form to request a condo for Aspen,CO and got a call back from a rep saying they have never had any condos available in Aspen  and didn't anticipate getting any in the future. I asked about availability in Vail,CO and got the same answer.

For my next trip, I put in paperwork to request a condo for 1 person for $599/wk for NYC and got a call back from a rep saying he had 1 condo available for $2200/wk. I said I was not willing to spend that amount and he assured me that it was the only condo available in the entire city. He then went on to explain that they hav very few condos available in large cities. None of this info was shared at the initial presentation.

After having the problem with trying to book the first condo, I told the rep I felt the info presented to us was a false representation of what the company could offer for services. He instructed me to write a letter to the Board of Directors asking for a cancellation of membership. I did this and received a standard letter saying they would not refund my fees.

When I received the 2nd notice of inavailability of a condo, I called to Customer Service and asked to speak to the head of the department, I spoke with Carrie Barger who stated she could do nothing to assist me. She knew how disappointed I was in not being able to use the condo weeks I purchased and wouldn't even offer a credit towards traveling. She told me I should choose other places to go to.

It was also presented to us that we could use last minute hotel deals, yet when I went on the website, they are no longer on there. Now that I have read of so many other people who are also having similar experiences to me, I hope there is something that can be done to assist in this issue.
