UTAH VALLEY EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS LLC Unresponsive & Slow Santaquin Utah
UTAH VALLEY EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS LLC billing company agreed to give the same self-pay discount as the Prem Community Hospital, if I sent the info proving what discount the hospital had given. My daughter went to the emergancy room on Dec. 9th and as soon as the bill came on the 1/2/2018, I contacted them and told them I would pay as soon as they gave the discount they had promise. They have never responded to an email, or fax. I have called trying to get this settled at least 4 times at different intervals. They promise that in a few weeks they will get it taken care of, but as of today, March 19th, no promised discount has been applied. I have never, ever, encountered such an unresponsive medical billing company that makes promises and then doesn't do anything. If I were the Utah Valley Physicians, I would find me a company that would take care of things in a timely manner.
