Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
For all those who attended a USIGHT seminar know what it is like to be scammed.

For all those who fortunately have not, here is what they do:

1. Promise riches through the power of the internet

2. LIE LIE LIE LIE and LIE!!

3. Hook you in and quickly push you through numerous contracts.

4. LIE LIE LIE LIE and LIE!

5. Take your money

6. Ignore any requests for a refund

7. Customer service?! There is no customer service!

8. "service reps" are rude on the phone

9. e-mails are ignored and never answered

10. make your life miserable

Those of you thinking of going to one of this seminars, DO NOT!, if you do, tell everyone around you this is a scam! They operate with numerous names, don't let the convincing guest speaker pull you in.

For those who unfortunately signed those

contracts from hell,

YOU MUST DO SOMETHING!!!

1. FIle with the IFCC (they have an online form, search google)

2. File with the state of utah (also online, better mail it to them registered)

3. Speak to a Mr. Au Pauga, he works with the state of utah and is investiating USIGHT, HOME INC AND EPENZIO

4. Call Usight everyday, every hour asking for Mr. Brandt Anderson (CEO). Don't stop calling him! Do what he did to you! Make his life hell! Demand a refund! He has eventually given FULL REFUNDS under his name to those who were persistent and demanding their money!

5. E-mail Brandt: Brandt at usight dot com

6. Give him a deadline for a full refund. He will e-mail you saying he has nothing to do with it. LIE!!!!! HE HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! e-mail him again, being more persistent!

7. Call Bridgeview and tell them to stop the monthly fee

8. Call home inc, stop the hosting fees!

9. Go to your bank and file a ACH and have them redeposit any money withdrawn from your account

YOU MUST DO SOMETHING!!! THEIR PRODUCTS/SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE AND IN NO WAY WILL MAKE YOU MONEY!!

I atteneded a seminar in Oak Park, IL in July 2002. "Bud" if that is his real named lied and promised but never delivered! He even said paypal is going out of business, better sign up with EPENZIO, A straight LIE!!!!!! Anyone who attended the seminar in Oak Park can contact me:

mby385 at hotmail dot com

We must all band together and put a stop to this!!!

One more thing

DO SOMETHING!!!! If you don't they win!!!! DON'T STOP!!!

The TRUTH about Felipe's contracts with ePenzio

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, February 05, 2003

I am sorry that Mr. Yung feels that there is a problem with the PenzPay Internet Payment Gateway that he purchased from ePenzio that would have caused him to have to seek a remedy by this means. I have read Felipes complaint, reviewed all of the contracts that Felipe signed, reviewed all of the notes in the ePenzio database concerning Felipes accounts, and I found the following: 1. Felipe attended a seminar sponsored by HOME Inc. and applied for the financing package for his PenzPay Internet Payment Gateway on June 27, 2002. The contracts that Felipe signed on June 27, 2002 required Felipe to sign in 8 different places. Felipe was given copies of all of the contracts that he signed, so that he could review them at his leisure. 2. Felipe had until July 2, 2002 at midnight to cancel his applications and eliminate all of his obligations concerning these contracts. ePenzio did NOT receive a cancellation notice from Felipe during this time. 3. There was some information missing from Felipes contracts, so an ePenzio agent called and spoke with, or left messages for Felipe on 7/8, 7/9, 7/10, 7/11 and 7/15. 4. On 7/29, a letter was sent to Felipe informing him that he either needed to complete his contracts, or pay a cancellation fee. 5. On August 5, 2002, Felipe called ePenzio and gave them the information necessary to complete the contracts. This was over a month after Felipe attended the seminar. Obviously, if Felipe had not provided the necessary information, ePenzio would not have been able to complete the contracts. 6. The package that contained the Login ID# and Password for Felipes PenzPay Internet Payment Gateway transaction system was delivered to Felipe by FedEx on August 15, 2002, FedEx tracking #476963415866 (go to www.fedex.com and look it up if you want). Upon receipt of this package, Felipe had everything necessary to operate his PenzPay Transaction system. 7. On June 21, 2002, Felipe called ePenzio to inquire about further information about the Affiliate program. 8. I have NO records of Felipe ever calling ePenzio to indicate that there were any problems or issues with his PenzPay Internet Payment Gateway system. 9. On September 20, 2002, Felipes Mother called ePenzio and requested to be able to pay off the loan for the PenzPay system in full. She was referred to Fair to be able to settle the account Based on this information, I see no reason why ePenzio should be compelled to cancel the contracts for Felipe. I feel that ePenzio has lived up to all of the terms of the contracts that Felipe signed on June 27, 2002. ePenzio has delivered to Felipe exactly what he contracted for, a PenzPay Real-Time Internet Payment Gateway system. It appears to me that Felipe has made no effort to make the products that he purchased work. If Felipe has any information to show that ePenzio did NOT fulfill the terms of the contracts that he signed on June 27, 2002, I would welcome him to fax this information to me at (801) 365-2135 and I will be happy to review it. Fortunately, if Felipe has determined that he no longer wishes to use his Internet Payment Gateway, there are several things that Felipe can do to lessen or eliminate his costs. He can call Bridgeview Bank at 1-877-877-8164 and cancel the monthly service for his Merchant Account and call ePenzio at 1-800-494-1563 and cancel his gateway access to his PenzPay Internet Payment Gateway. This will eliminate all of his monthly costs except for his financing package payment for his PenzPay transaction system (unless his Mother has already paid it off for him). I do however, have a system in place to help Felipe sell his PenzPay transaction system and thereby eliminate his monthly financing package payment. This actually costs me quite a bit of money, but I am willing to do this because I really do not want to have anyone stuck with equipment that they are not using. Felipe needs to be pro-active and find one or more companies that need an Internet based PenzPay transaction system and then send ePenzio these qualified leads. Please have Felipe send these referrals to my personal attention so I can make sure they get handled properly. My email is [email protected] and my fax is (801) 365-1010, attention Brad Crawford. I will have our salespeople call Felipes referrals and try to close the sale for his. If they are successful, it will be necessary that Felipe pay a $50 transfer fee, but I will pay all of the other sales costs associated with this transfer. Sincerely,

Felipe

What a great post! I received a portion of an email that shows Mr. Andersen saying I was coaching you and as you know, I'm not and we haven't corresponded. I'm flattered. The more people who speak out, the better!
