USBI Continues to bill me 16.00 per month for services I did not order or receive. Having read the reports listed about Ridley, I did some research and found that these two companys have the same physical address in Kalamazoo; further most of the State PSCs processed the companys request to do business on the same day. This is definetly a scam.

Tralee has A person by the name of Mark Kelly Listed as operator. I think Mark Kelly may actually live in PA Possibly in Spring field or Ridley Thus the link in Ridley and Tralee? On a report to the State of Arkansas Mark Kelly Reported Tralee to be operating out of Blue Bell PA which is very close to Ridley park and spring field PA.

USBI bills for Tralee and Ridley and is owned by:

Billing Concepts, Inc. http://www.billingconcepts.net

7411 John Smith Dr., Suite 200

San Antonio, TX 78229

Billing Concepts is owned by:

Here is part of the run around I have gone through to date:

Note: forwarded message attached.

Abry

FYI,

I am being crammed on my phone bill by your billing

concepts company under two sub alias companies I think

the chain is billing concepts -> USBI -> Tralee

Telephone Company. I have tried several times via

email and phone to get them to stop but I keep getting

the run around. I am now forced to report this to the

Texas AG office, San Antonio Chamber and to my Home

State AG (Michigan). I have been billed ~15.00 per

month for nothing, for the past 4 months I did get

them to credit me for 3 months but they then started

billing me the following month.

I just thought someone in your group my be interested

in the liabilities abry purchased with this company

billing concepts.

Please feel free to contact me.

You have reached USBI once again.

Our records indicate you have communicated with Tralee Telephone Company and they the have issued you a credit in the amount of $45.40 + tax. This credit was issued on February 23, 2004. Please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for this credit to appear on your bill.

We are not able to cancel the service provided by Tralee Telephone. We can notate the account that you wish to cancel, and I have done this already. Only the carrier, Tralee can cancel the service, because they are the

carrier billing you. This carrier has been working with you. They are the only ones that have a record of which fees they have issued credit for. Please contact the carrier directly, this is the only means to stop the

billing.

Unfortunately I work during the day time hours (which

is the only time their (your) customer service

functions), being that you are the company listed on

my phone bill as the company charging me, I am dealing

with you. I am telling you again, stop billing me, I

have received nothing from your company, nor have I

ever heard of the Tralee telephone company. I did not

ask for anything from your company (USBI) or from the

said 'Tralee' company. Furthermore, you are

incorrectly billing me for services or substance not

rendered. This is my third attempt to correct this

billing, the next attempt will be copied to the State

attorney general's office along with Verizon. I have

no way of reaching Tralee during the daytime hours as

I work during daytime hours. If I have to take time

off of work to solve this, I can tell you that I will

be involving an oversight group(s), this is plain and

simple fraud (any way you want to spell it... cram...

slam or just plain old fraud you are attempting to

fraud me out of a 16.00 per month for nothing)

This is my third and last attempt to deal with you

directly, the next time will involve others.

I can only imagine how many old and less educated

people you are scamming out of 16.00 per month. This

is obviously an illegitimate company (I am sure you

already know this).

You need to know that I am being cramed by USBI, I did not order this service nor have I received anything. I spoke with a customer service representative at the number you provided and they gave me a prompt credit for three months of craming.

But you have again charged me on my current phone bill. This needs to be stopped now. I am asking you again to discontinue billing me for services I did not order nor have I received, and further, credit my account the amount billed this month. Further problems with this company will be reported.

Thank you for your inquiry. USBI is a clearinghouse that processes call records for different long distance providers and then transmits them to the local phone company. Our records indicate that Tralee Telephone Company is the carrier that processed these records. Tralee Telephone Company prefers to handle their own customer service, you may contact them at 1-800-498-354 so that they may further assist you. Thank you.
