You were services of Pembine, Florida is a condominium management consultant.They manage(or rather mismanage) Topaz North Condos,4050/4090 NW 42nd Ave,Lauderdale Lakes,Florida, 33319.If you buy into this condo,and you are not part of the clique of Italian-Canadians,you may be harassed and intimidated by the Italian-Canadians gang in working in cahoots with the USA Management Services.They will make false complaints against you,after you buy one of these distressed Condo Units and renovate it.Their goal is to force you out after you make all the repairs to Unit,so they can get one of their Italian Canadian friends to buy it.You stand to lose big time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Topaz North Condo and USA Management in Lauderdale Lakes ,Florida. You have been warned!
