Today (4/18/03) I received an e-mail from this company. I used the link and thought wow this looks great. I then looked for the "FINE PRINT". In the middle of the page it said TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I clicked on this link and found out that all the complaints I have read are due to consumer negligence. I am not saying that I think what USA GOLD is doing is right. Their statements are very misleading. In the TERMS & CONDITIONS it does state the there will be a non-refundable $149.00 deposit and that this is NOT a visa or master card. My suggestion is that all consumers should always look for the fine print. Thank god I did.
