USA Embassy ripoff in Toronto
The USA Consulate in Toronto charges $3 a minute just to order forms and schedule and appointment. The beaty is that you can not just walk in and apply for a visa. The operator put me on hold for 10 minutes when I asked her a simple question and she did not the answer.
