Brandy for USA Credit keeps calling several times a day even after this account has been discharged and paperwork received stating this account is NO LONGER ACTIVE. This witch keeps calling and calling. She is harassing to the point of waking me up everyday. I don't need an alarm clock, I have her big mouth and her constant calling to wake me so I don't miss my shower before work. This place needs to be sued for harassment by phone and voicemail. They don't believe in postal service nor do they believe in updating their accounts to verify that account is still active. I NEVER purchased a single item from them and NEVER will. This place got my info off the internet when I filled out an application for a college loan. Now they won't leave me alone. I moved to another state for a better life and just 2 months later, they call my NEW house number and started leaving me nasty voicemails. Threatening to the point of calling the police. The police have tried calling them and getting them to stop calling and use the postal service as means of contact and they refuse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This company is all a scam and not the real deal. They scam you for money and once they get your current state and town, then they call all the banks and credit unions in your area to see what financial place you are at. Then they send fake court orders to that bank or union for bank statements and records so they can take the money out of your account without you knowing because of that fake court order. NEVER FALL FOR THE JAIL OR LAW SUIT TRICK FROM THEM! It's all a scam!

Shelly @ USA Credit, Sorry but I have tried several times over and over again to have Brandy STOP calling me so many times a day and per week. She has called 3 times so far today. I REFUSE to answer since I have reported this harassment to the BBB and to my State's Attorney. They will be investigating it further. The local police have also documented the number of times Brandy from USA Credit has called and the nasty voice messages she has left. Threatening to put me in jail, threatening to take my home away (which I don't even own), threatening to bring me up on charges of fraud and theft. Come on now. If the detective from my local police department has stated the constant phone calls and threatening messages from Brandy are harassment along with the numerous letters I have sent to USA Credit to STOP calling me on my cell phone and home phone, then what would you call it Shelly?

I call it grounds for a law suit against the business practices to lure a person into believing they are in grounds of breaking the law and a jail sentence has been ordered.

Give your direct number and extension so either I can call or the detective can call to order the phone calls to stop and the so-called account be canceled if there really is one.  This has gone on long enough.
