US Online America Group, LLC We never thought this could happen to smart people like us! Internet
My wife and I are both Silicon Valley execs with graduate degrees. We're educated and have life experience. But we were taken, bamboozled, raped and shanghaied.
Fortunately, we had an established, successful small business consulting practice. We wanted an internet presence. So, we attended an Online America free event in California.
I must tell you, these folks are g o o o d, really good. Their presenters and in-person customer testimonials were compelling and believable to the max.
We signed up for a $4,600 package. We were so proud. We even got a "free" Acer netbook.
Thereafter, we got NOTHING. Well, we got a website. And, no service, no return phone calls, no assistance, no supervisory personnel to reach out to, nothing.
Now, we've been with FatCow for some time. They're excellent in every regard and exceed our most hopeful expectations. Worth every penny.
If you're considering Online America . . . Be afraid. Be very afraid.
