I ordered an item from this company back on 8/8/18, and when I went to check on the tracking, the info had not been updated. My sister-in-law, who also ordered, had the same issue. When I sent an email in follow up, I got no response. I sent several more emails without an answer. The usgoodgear.com website is a camping gear website, which is not where we purchased our items from before. There is no phone number to call, and no way to get in touch with anybody.
