On May 2nd 2014, There was an unauthorize transaction on my credit card. Some one stole a total of $1,138 off of my card. I checked my card at 1:00 A.M. central time, 12:00 A.M. eastern standard time. The deposit had been made from Social Security and when I got to the ATM machine to make a withdrawal, there were insufficient funds. I checked the balance again and there were only $22 in my account. I immediately call Direct Express and they informed me that some one had just bought merchandise from BestBuy.com.

  The thing that really burn me up is whoever use my card number, didn't use the right name, the right street number or the right e-mail address and yet they allowed the transaction. I wrote a statement, got a police report and sent that to them, hoping I would get the provisional credit back on my card. That was two weeks ago! and I haven't heard anything yet.

 Direct Express know that this was an unauthorize transaction and yet they fail to put my money back on the card. This is my disability and it is used to pay my bills. I live on a month to month basis and I just can't afford this. Isn't there some kind of legal action that can be done. This bank know that this was an crime and yet they doing nothing to get my refund.
