RUDE UNHELPFUL IGNORANT. these are the their good points.
3rd world outsourced brain dead phillipino people answering the phone that cannot take no for an answer.
You cant get a manager on the phone because there a 2 month back log of calls their working on. You get put on hold and talk to a supervisor if you have 35 minutes to hang on. Than the standars UBS lip service. We will call you back within the hour and....
and without making this long winded. nothing happens. Remember the brutal windows tech support from india or AOL? if you could cross breed these to iconic companies and ad cancer and ebola virus than multiply by 100 you would have the full UPS experience.
UPS IS A THE TERRORIST NETWORK OF PARCEL DELIVERY. WE WOULD HAVE TO DROP THE F-BOMB ON EVERY LINE TO BE POLITE AND COMPLIMENTARY.
Everything you read and hear is true to a T. Id like to call them A-holes but that would be a compliment.
USEESS PARCEL SERVICE. Is an understatment. Over the past 4 years we have only recieved ONE shipment from UPS because the othe companies choose to use them. Start calling back the companies and tell them not to use UPS. BOYCOTT BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM ANYONE THAT USES UPS.
They deserve to go under.

Your grammar and style of posting would lead me to surmise that your chronological age is in the neighborhood of 12-13 yrs. Does your mother know you're making goofy Internet posts on her computer? I'm sure that UPS will be very worried about a Ripoff Report from your demographic.
