Unlimited Credit Company is a credit report company that provides your report to landlords or realtors about a house you are interested in renting. They provide listings of houses to rent.

The contracts specifies that you should receive a phone call 48 to 72 hours later. It also states that one must sign in twice a week to pick up a new listing of houses to rent.

My wife and I did all the rules as stated and we have never received any phone calls. The employees are very unprofessional and constantly give us the run around. When we walk in, we are never greeted. Employees are always eating in the front of the office. The fee they charge is $180.00. $130.00 is refundable after 90 days and $50.00 goes toward the credit report.

We would like to get all our money back. We would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Amazing so much visual un-professionalism and you still agreed and ordered their service, is it that you agreed when you needed it then when no longer needed you expect the company to work for free!? I would bet that you had full intentions of going for the refund right from day 1. I would bet you did not even look at half the properties you "say" you went in twice a week for. I would bet you went through the ritual to go for the refund, they do not just expect you to come in and pick up paper that costs them time and money to generate you are also required to look at homes and be actively pursuing property. Sounds like you all ready moved or changed your mind about moving and were putting on a show by going in twice a week, do you think these companies are stupid the more you use them the more they keep an eye on you because you are starting to eat into their profit margin, they knew dam well after about 5 weeks you had full intentions of requesting a refund, I bet they watched you each time walking in signing their book and walking out with out even looking at the list. People that are genuinely looking always look at the list either on the spot or as they are walking out. My bet is you moved or changed your mind before the 90 days were up and went through the signing ritual pretending you were still looking. My suggestion is get over it you tried to pull the wool over their eyes but you disqualified your self by YOUR OWN AGREEMENT. And as for what you say is your money its their money YOU ordered a service AGREED and from your own statements used it for 3 months. PAY FOR IT!
