Website Not as advertised. Advertised as being able to add your own products to the already stocked store. Does not advertise that you must pay to add your own items until you purchase the store. Once website is purchased, items in the already stocked store are majorily REFURBISHED and this is NOT advertised.

If you have a paypal verified business account, you are supposed to be able to add your own items for a $20 fee. This is absolutely impossible to do. (I believe it is to get you to pay a $149.95 set-up fee). Customer service is a joke. IF they reply, they send one-line answers to your problem, even if you explain your problem in detail, they insist, "It's not on their end". 1-800 # is always busy.

I lost $ in advertising and auctions, in addition to the purchase of the website. Filed a complant with the BBB online for a refund. If a refund is not given, I will make it my lifetime mission to make sure the word gets out about their fraudulent advertising and business practices.

Sent EMAILS and TRIED to get some PHONE CONTACT response from GETESTORE AKA UNIVERSAL BANNER NETWORK. FILED COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL (PLEASE NOTE* WHEN YOU FILE A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL, IT DEPENDS ON WHETHER THE COMPANY RESPONDS!) I HAVE YET TO GET ANY RESPONSE OR A (NON-BUSY TONE WHEN CALLING)OR RESPONSE FROM PAYPAL(OR REFUND!) FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE MAKING THIS REPORT!!!! WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET THESE PEOPLE SHUT-DOWN? I HAVE BEEN USING THE INTERNET FOR YEARS, BUYING AND SELLING ITEMS. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE COME ACROSS IN ALL THESE YEARS!!

I went through the same crap with that company. I couldn't believe all of the refurbished electronics . I was interested in selling on eBay. You're right about contacting the company. Sometimes it would take three-days. And they would never answer my questions. So what I did, I sent them an e-mail wanted my money back. The next day they were on it. That was the, first e-mail they sent back a quick reply. Their response was, you don't have to renew your account at the end of your contract. So what I did, was contact PayPal , and ask for a refund. I didn't receive a response. Knowing I had few replied quickly. I contacted MasterCard explains , what was going on. And within two weeks the MasterCard people had the money credited to my account. Hope that helps and the best of luck to you!
