I walked away from american truck group 3 yrs ago. They screwed me on 2 different trucks and i ended up walking away from $9000.00 dollars. there was a class action filed against them a few yrs ago with the MS attorney general. I submitted a compaint to be part of the class action. Waist of time. I sumitted it 3 times. Email, mail and fax. they claim they have no records of it. I called 15 differnt lawyers in MS. No one would help me. They have investor in that company that no one will touch. I contacted OOIDA. they new exactly who they were. at that time they had over 100 complaints on them. I also contacted the IRS about them collecting 2290's on trucks that already had them. Nothing. I contacted the DOT, about them using used parts to repair trucks and handing out inspection stickers without doing a inspections. Nothing. Also ripoff.com did a IP search on the people that left good commments and found that all the comments came from the same IP address in MS. so dont beleive any good comment. because there are none. It's like there Obama, untouchable. If anybody, somehow, is able to truly find a way to get these guy's, i would love to be a part of it. I am willing to talk to anyone about this. you can call me at 845-xxx-xxxx(((REDACTED))) John. if no answer leave a message i will call you back.

As for as the commment made by bereal70. I didnt blame OBAMA. I said they are like OBAMA, UNTOUCHABLE. You Should'nt comment about people when you dont know way. I spent most of my 27 yrs diving as a owner. I always had good credit. but then i decided to leave the trucking idustry to persue a new business. For three years i did great and then the economy crashed and so did my business along with my credit. So dont comment when you dont know way.

But this isnt just about drivers. I have been contacted by many drivers. But also have been contacted by salesmen and repo men and mechanics. They dont treat there own employees any better then the drivers. If you have any ideas what to do that someone hasnt already tryed, that would be appriecated. But dont comment when you dont know WAY.
