Injunctions such as this one should be reversed when the victim was not the cause or even made aware there was a problem and then even had to straighten out the book keeping of the parties responsible for the problem!

Attached is the immediate action taken by Norman and Julia Mayhew upon knowledge of an account pay problem with Country Hills Eye Clinic. Eye exam original charge was for $157.68

Without any notification to me of the account pay denial by the Insurance (Medicare Supplement) who was responsible to pay the bill sent the account directly for collection. I was never informed of a problem by phone or mail .by Country Hills Eye Center

In my opinion this was very irresponsible and morally wrong for Country Hills Eye Center to send the account directly for collection.

When I received the summons I had my wife call the collection lawyers to find out what it was for. The problem turned out to be for my eye exam at Country Hills Eye Center. My wife told the lawyers she would immediately check it out with Country Hills Eye Center. We made a special trip back to Country Hills Eye center and found out the bill was denied by Medicare Supplement whom finally paid the account after my wife's persistence in tracing down the problem and eventual insurance payment,

 

DOES COUNTRY HILLS EYE CENTER GET A KICK BACK FOR THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES OF NOT NOTIFYING PATIENTS OF INSURANCE DELAYED PAYMENTS.

1. Payment responsibility of AARP Medicare Complete processed on April 17, 2013 & PAID.

2. Payment made by Norman J. Mayhew of $157.68 on April 5, 2013.PAID

3. Payment made by Julia Mayhew on October 30, 2013 for $827.00 to John A Sindt Constable to avoid an auction of Norman & Julia's residence property. PAID

Adding insult to injury Injunction Julia my wife paid the constable $827.00 PAID to prevent auction of my property and residence.

The questionable Business Practices of Country Hills Eye Center

and the Law office of Olson Shaner is detailed

 

1. Norman Mayhew was never informed by phone or mail that United Health Care, Supplement

   Insurance declined initially pay for my Eye exam.

2. My wife (Julia) had to do all the research to clear up the delay of Insurance pay.

3. When the summons was received in the mail Julia had to contact the lawyers to find out what the summons was for.

4. The lawyers told her it was for a eye exam for Norman J. Mayhew denied by Insurance,

5. We immediately drove to Country Hills Eye Center and found about the insurance denial.

6. Julia called the lawyer to inform them it would be investigated and taken care of.

7. It took numerous phone calls to clarify the denial by the insurance and finally get the insurance to pay with the insurance card given to Country Hills at time of appointment..

8. Because of the intense pressure from the lawyers I drew a check for the total eye test and tried to pay Country Hill Eye Center but was told I had to deal with and pay the lawyers.

9. I sent a bank check to the lawyers as directed by Country Hills after extreme telephone harassment from the lawyers law firm.

10. The Insurance company also paid after clarification of their responsibility to pay the bill.

11. .I then received a injunction to pay again in order to keep my house and property from being auctioned off to pay the lawyer fees for the delay of the insurance payment to be received..

12. The lawyers were paid twice, once by me and once by the insurance company. In spite of knowing that the confusion was being straightened out as promised by my wife

     

Copies of this letter are being sent to report a possible troubling relationship between Chip Shaner and lawyer Joseph Beecroft of the law firm of Olson Shanner and the Country Hills Eye Center. They have allowed Judge Decaria into forcing another payment .of $827.00 in order for me to keep my home and property from being auctioned off in spite of .double payments having already been paid. Lawyers should have more responsibility or accountability for their business practices. Some of these business policies and actions are against common sense and morality.. Amazing what lawyers can and will do for the all mighty dollar and somehow justify it as just good business practice.

This law firm has a slim chance of being members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in good standing or they are in denial of their morality standards. It is probable that if they are members that they would likely be in responsible leadership positions and heaven forbid temple recommend holders I find this action of this law firm to be disgusting because morality is held to a higher responsibility standard. to aim for. I have served in the temple back in time and now unable to pay tithing to maintain my temple recommend due to the so called justice system. Copies attached

The decline of social morality and peoples conscience neglect is our social down fall and should be of concern to all that can help change non moral policies they are involved in.
