Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company is TERRIBLE. They will call you four times a day starting the minute your payment is "late", even if you have previous arrangements with them. They are rude, unprofessional and LIARS. Recently, I tried to get a deferment on my loan, as we fell on hard times. I was told there was nothing they could do. Two weeks later, I got a call saying they could get me a deferment, and all I had to do was make my November payment. I scraped ALL my money together and made the payment. The representative told me, "as soon as we get off the phone, I will send you the paperwork via email. Just to be clear, your payment won't be due until January 9th". We got off the phone and the calls ceased....for two days. I have now talked to TEN different people for the same issue. Apparently I can no longer talk to the original representative (I have asked, and they won't let me). Furthermore, they keep telling me I am not eligable. However, thats NOT what the person I was working with said! In fact, she told me that she APPROVED the deferment. She represented herself as a supervisor and apparently is not! Bottom line....This company LIED to me about helping me and went back on their word when I did everything I was supposed to do. If it comes down to walking or buying a vehicle using this company....RUN, don't walk! They will stab you in the back!

Typical self serving deadbeat comment.  How about the FACT you went back on your word to welch out of your contractual promises?  You were placed with this surprise deadbeat lender because of your well developed reputation of not paying your bills on time.  Fast forward and what do we CONTINUE to have?  You, whining and wailing about their collectors as you continue to not pay your bills on time!  Looks to me you fit the definition of a serial deadbeat perfectly!

- In typical Subprime shifting of the blame, you seem to want to blame them for your problems.  Well I have news for you, regardless of how many different ways you try and twist it you did NOT do everything you were supposed to do.  Had you done EVERYTHING you would have actually made your payments on-time.

As once you make your payments on-time a wonderful thing happens, they don't have to call you the "minute" you are late.

If it comes down to walking or buying a vehicle using this company....RUN, don't walk!

- Well if you fail to keep up with your payments, I am sure they will be more than willing to help you in that as they will take their legal option and Reposess the car.

They will stab you in the back!

- The loan agreement stated you had to make a set payment, at a set time, for a set amount..right?  Where did it say they must allow you to make your own payment arrangements?  So now you tell us..who is the one who is stabbing the other party in the back by going back on the legal agreement?  I'll give you a hint..it isn't the finance company.
