United Auto Credit Pay off car in 2007 haven't recieved title. Marlborough Nationwide

Paid off my car in 2007 still haven't received title. I just want my title and this company prosecuted to the full extent of the law, for a bunch of Rip Off. Seen to many reviews on their site and they are pretty. I am Frustrated with this so called company. Not worth advertising their name. Thanks.
