This company should not be allowed to operate with so many complaints against them. And after my personal experience, I am still at a lost for words.

I purchased a car from Pars Cars in Riverdale in '07. The finance company is United Auto acceptance. My short lived experience with them has been nothing but horrific. Only a few months after purchasing a vehicle, I began to have mechanical problems and several trips to the mechanic would prove unsuccessful and drained me financially.

Needless to say, I fell behind on my payments and attempted to make arrangements with United to bring my account current. I made arrangements with them to make payments in line with my weekly pay to resolve my delinquency.

No such luck, I would drop my payments off only to get a call from them stating they didn't receive them. Me and my family members would get calls stating they issued a warrant for my arrest on several occassions. When I would call them back to get answers and let them know I had copies of money orders and checks that posted to my account, they were rude and they denied any warrants. They would never put any arrangements or provide any account payment history in writing so that I could keep up with what was actually owed, only verbal information over the phone.

Even then, I would get a different amount depending on who I spoke with. One incident, I called to get the name of the person I had just made and arrangement with, she stated her name was "Ms. Alphabet", this person did not exist. My wife called back prior to making a payment and to request written documentation be faxed with current balance and next payment due, only to be yelled at, cursed out and then after an outright refusal to give us the requested information, the guy named Mr. Morgan hung-up in her face.

One associate even told us that the owner does not care about his customers and could care less about ruining people's credit. What a shock! These people are crazy. I wish I had seen this site prior to working with them. Please beware!!!
