DO NOT EVER FLY WITH UNITED.  I HAD A TRANSFER WITH WORK SO I COULD NOT MAKE MY SISTERS TRIP FROM DC TO SALT LAKE CITY.  I TRIED TRANSFERRING IT TO MY NEICE SO MY SISTER WOULDN'T HAVE TO CANCEL HER TICKETS AS WELL AND THEY WOULD NOT LET ME.  I THEN ASKED TO GET A CREDIT TO USE IT AT A LATER DATE AND THEY SAID SURE.  WE WILL ISSUE THE FULL AMOUNT OF $252.00.  HOWEVER, IT WILL COST YOU $200 TO CHANGES THE DATES WHEN YOU USE YOUR CREDIT.  NOW THAT IS JUST WRONG.  I WILL NEVER FLY WITH UNITED AGAIN.  TO TOP IT OFF IT WOULD BE NICE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN THE UNITED STATES NOT SOMEONE IN INDIA WHO HAS HORRIBLE ENGLISH THAT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND....  UNITED IS A HORRIBLE AIRLINES...  WHAT HAS THIS COUNTRY COME TO?????
