a crappy company and will always stay like that no matter what they do. We, a family of four, lost ALL our luggage,6 bags, on an international flight.4 bags plus 2 excess luggage.including personal items, gifts, and memorabilia, we had over $20K in those bags for all 4 passengers. they claim that the maximum they could pay is $1900 each passenger.I know that's a lie.its $3500 per passenger.they screwed up our trip,our memories from the trip and make us want to vomit on hearing their name mentioned.the least they could do is apologize and pay $3500 for each passenger.

I feel bad for you since they lost your luggage! However, their website lists the liability as $3500 for domestic flights only. I always send valuables via cargo so that I can insure the contents.
