United Airlines newest scam *REBUTTAL
I fly at lot on United for business as a Mileage Plus Premier Executive. After 10,000 miles we receive up-grade coupons for first class.
Since UA started flying smaller, 2-class only planes,(cheaper for them) during my last eight flights I have been un-able to up-grade.
The paper coupons have an expiration date on them, hence once when they outdate you are SOL. What a way to shaft you BEST customers again.

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: dave french Their relationship to the company: Supporter Rebuttal: Just wondering what you are talking about. United has had same basic 2 and 3 class setup for more than 10 years and i always can upgrade (if space) to first from coach. BTW I have flown close to 1,000,000 miles on United.
