1-210-341-2010 is the # the office in san antonio ask for jeff knox last time i checked he was the manager there
the dispath office doesnt have very many lines so if everyone calls them you could really hurt there business, or if one of the techs screws you over call tech support and tell them to fix it. By all means call the san antonio office also. Let all these people know how you feel.
