United Air Comfort cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Charlotte North Carolina
I have a problem with United air comfort so i was reading through this and found some of the remarks made by united to be untrue.
I read that all of their techs are certified in hvac,and they have a good hireing process. That is incorrect people can call on the phone and get the job without filling out an applacation,and as for everyone being certified,not true. I once heard someone tell the owner of the company that their tech. was not certified but had the tools he needed to do the job so the owner said get him some freon and send him out i dont want to know nothing.
They tech ended up breaking the a/c unit,and united talked their way out of buying a new one. The customer ended up buying a new one. Just one more thing,about the test that they give to become certified they usally give it to the guys open book.
They also do have a problem with paying employes what they are owed so watch out for this company.
