Beware consumers and AC technicians alike. United Air sends service advisors into your home to analyze your AC/Heating system, but neglects to inform you that many of these advisors have no schooling or experience in AC/Heat. They are concurrently being trained by the company on how to sell you products with a sense of urgency, whether actually needed or not.

The company further practices dishonesty by not paying their people for all of the hours they work. Their payroll practices are deliberately vague and employees have come to expect to be "shorted" on their hours. These hours are rarely recovered. This company, in fact, has even gained a reputation with AC part suppliers for ripping off their employees. Technicians, if you are considering working for this company, talk to other employees and your AC part suppliers first!

Florida dept Business/Professional Regulation shows Sidney Schwartz is license holder #CAC021315 that number is shown on advertisements that United restoration mails to everybody postal address,or newspapers,,it is unclear outside of Florida,if the information is same state by state. Typical because Mark Berch, and Brother Ian Berch dont want public to know they are officers of United, so they look for someone to qualify for the contractor exam in each state, and are probably not qualified technical, however act as managers of the scam that the Schwartz/Berch company has been noted for,so if action is brought, finding the actual respondent in claims, and cases is dismissed, or delayed. That will change in the future, because people are more aware, or educated on the matters, these guys can run,but they cant hide, they may not settle with very many consumers, but eventually, they will be caught in their lies, and unfair trade practices, there are a few states that have suspended them already, that is a taste of what is to come.
