I have mumerous complaints against this company so I will start at the beginning. I was told that there was an "updated yearly" report that list Dr.'s wanting someone to do their medical billing. The list included several hundereds of thousands of Dr.'s need someone to do their medical billing. Well when I received the list it would only give you a list of 10 Dr.'s per state now that would only make the number of Dr.'s needing medical billers 520 ( a no brainer 10x52 =520)not several hundred of thousands. The brochures the company (and this company that provided the brochures and software is Electronic Medical Billing, Inc.) provided only sold their software and services to the Dr.'s not my services. Get this I was to mail or give them to the Dr.'s with their address and telephone #.

Unison told me they did all the Dr. negoaiting. When I was on the phone with the saleman, I was real hesitant about this service, so he asked me to hang on he had a call from another Dr. needing someone to do his medical billing. I was also told that I would make at least $2000.00 per month. Well my package deal included a merchant account and that software arrivied two days after they received my 1st payment and checking account info. I was told the medical billing software would arrive in "longer than 5 day's". Try over two weeks!!! When I would call to inquire about my software I was never able to talk to the person I had initally spoke with and it took about 2 weeks for someone to return my call. Unison has an answering service and it appears that once you sign the contract that the only person that will call you back is a Tech support person. I was also mislead about what was (and what I should charge) to do billing. They offered the "best" support and services to help. I would hate to see the worse.

While veiwing my checking account online I discovered a company had deducted money from my account. I had no record of the deduction and being on a tight budget ( I have been unemployed since 11/2000) I know every penny that is spent. I contacted the back and the investigated my account and was told the deduction was made by my merchant account eCommerce. When I contacted eCommerce they reffered my to a company called Innovative. When I contacted Innovative they said I did not process enough claims so there is a pelalty fee in addition to there normal monthly fee and I was clueless that I was going to have deductions by two companies. (Unison also gave false information on their monthly payment.) I was all ready furious to say the least then I had to call numerous departments to finally get the right person. Oh by the way, I just received my medical billing software so there was nothing process and payments were all ready coming out of my account. I was not notified in any way of this deduction. The company said they would refund the money this time since I was not set up yet. I was less than a month that they started taking payments from my account. I still haven't seen my refund.

Unison said "I would be making at least $2000.00 monthly so my monthly payment shouldn't be hard to do and I would have an incoming income by the time my payment was due". I don't and no hope insight!!! Also the website Unison provided gives false and misleading information. I saved and printed the email sent to my a professional biller who checked out my website.

I forgot to mention that I was told that my company had to be listed as my last name and Enterprises. When I asked if this would require a business licenses and a commerical checking account I was told, "no we have other people operating their medical billing business this way in your state". Well I need a business license. I haven't had any payments to receive but I am sure the bank would not accept them on my joint personal account.

I have not paid in full. I have paid some and another payment is due. Please help me get my money back what is paid and what is due!!
