I paid for an unlock code for a Sony Ericsson T175 via Paypal.  Their website states that most codes are returned within 24hrs.  I did not receive a code but an email asking for more information, which I returned.  3 days later my order is still 'processing' and whenever I contacted them via email I kept getting stock reply back referring the the 24hr turnaround.  I spoke with them on the 'live chat' only to be told that they have applied to Sony Ericsson for a code and it would be ANOTHER 1-2 days (this is at day 4). I am still waiting.

I have received an email response stating that my order has been 'refunded'.  When I emailed them to ask why they had not fulfilled the order they stated that the supplier was unable to supply a code.  I now wait to see whether I actually get my money back.  In the end I went to 3 who gave me an unlock code over the phone within minutes without fuss, so I do not get Uniquephones issues??

I am in the same exact situation!


They also just blame it on the supplier. Though before that, a few other representatives were quoting various other reasons - it seems they were lying.

How is it going for you? Gotten your code yet?

This is absurd! Such a scam company
