After waiting 10 days for a confirmation of shipment of the less than satisfied pricing (their website makes it sound like people are getting "Upgraded wines after buying a few bottles" and great pricing, which isn't true, I contacted the company to cancel my shipment.  First they told me they didn't give refunds.  The next email I received stated that the wine I ordered had miracously arrived at the "CloudCellar" and the company couldn't touch it because they are neither a winery nor a retailer (I still do not understand then how they can sell wine) but basically they told me I was out of luck and suck it up buttercup.  I have asked that my account and my credit card information be deleted and todate that has not been done either.  This is not a reputable wine "whatever" they call themselves.  DO NOT do business with these people.

I was contacted by the founder of the company was told that they would cancel my order.  He explained the company's processes and stated that he would have their website updated to outline their shipping policies in detail.   He issued a Promo code for my blog followers (Thank You).  As long as my order is cancelled, I'm good with recommending Undergroundcellar.com
