ultimatewasher.com Sent washer kit back & they charged a 25% "restocking” fee! Florida
I was looking for a nozzle kit I could use with my pressure washer to spray some trees and after finding out that it wasn’t going to work like I wanted it to, I called ultimatewasher.com to begin the "free return” as stated on their website. They were very unfriendly, unhelpful and had a really long list of do’s and don’ts on sending back an item. I had it all in pristine condition and mailed it back to them...it cost me over $20 because I wasn’t going to mail it back without insurance & make sure they got it by certified mail, then these people charged me a 25% "restocking fee” and the original shipping charges! I would never, EVER do business with ultimatewasher.com again. Very poor customer service. In the era of Amazon and Walmart and all the other companies that go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy, ultimatewasher.com is at the bottom of the list.
