Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I dropped off both my Macs issued to me by Full Sail University (one for audio engineering, the other was for graphic design), to have my logic boards replaced. Did not get a phone call within a week as promised with details on the repairs. Had to go in personally 2 weeks after I dropped it off to get an update on the status, was told I was waiting on parts. They contacted me 2 weeks later and I was told they were fixed and ready for pick up. Upon arrival to retrieve them I learned only one was ready, the other had the wrong parts sent. Requested to review the working one and was presented with a Mac that not only had a logic board replaced but had it's RAM lowered from 8gb to 6gb and had a completely different and unknown hard drive installed. I initially had a 750 gb Toshiba hard drive with the apple logo and was now looking at a Western digital 500 gb hard drive. I inquired as to the location of my original hard drive and hit with a clueless response from the same culprate I initially left it with. I refused pick up until my hard drive was located. The other Mac was deemed unrepairable but yet had the "unresponsive" hard drive returned to me which was clear proof of the same make of hard drive that was within my audio engineering Mac that's was not returned and considered "lost".

I've gone through months of inquiry and have learned of how much a rip off this company is. They hold no responsibility over the actions of their employees and claim "data loss", yet this is hardware theft. They are not properly qualified to be entrusted with your information. Its in my best opinion that my hard drive was intentionally switched out once the contents of programs and plug-ins were revealed to the technician who worked on it. I'm pursuing litigation as the constant circle of what they call a resolution team is refusing to investigate. If someone knows anyone who can help or has encountered a similar situation please share your story.
