Rubin & Rothman They keep harassing us with phone calls 2x a day even on Sunday Mornings at 8am, and letters of judgments after making payments even with proof of payments. Islandia, New York
These people sent a summons in June '09 and was dismissed due to the fact that it was handed over to a minor. After, a fax was sent to these people of the situation and how much can be made because of a limited income was coming in. No response was given and then a letter was sent to the house and there was a response that payments can be made online at www.rrllc189.com. Well, payments have been made in the beginning of each month now for the past 5 months. We have the confirmation emails and the bank statements that they took the money. We are still getting calls from them 2x a day even on Sunday Mornings at 8am and now a new letter came with the same old balance and that should be lower not the same. If they are getting there money for Capital One, their client, then why the same balance and the harassing calls.
