I purchased an item on 11/18 from ubid that was never shipped to me. This, however, did not stop them from charging my credit card. I emailed them several times and finally got a response saying that they had put a trace on my package and that I would hear back from them or fedex within 10 days. I have not heard from them or fedex since. I gave them 15 days before I emailed them again but they never responded! I have emailed them 4 more times since then and have heard nothing. How the hell could a large company like ubid do this? They expect for me to forget about the problem and the money, after all no amount of money is worth the agravation they are putting out, right? WRONG!!! They stole my money and from what it sounds like on this site they have stole money from numerous other people. Whats going on???? I have never even heard of a company charging customers before an order is shipped. Ubid is one screwed up company.

I am going to try to dispute this charge with my credit card company by saying that ubid fraudulently charged my credit card (the truth). I hope it works because ubid is no better than a pick-pocket on the street who steals you credit card and charges tons of crap to it!

I have purchased 2 items from ubid. The one mentioned above and another item that broke 20 days after I received it. Ubid sells nothing but lies and inferior products and I will never shop there again. I am informing everyone I know about ubid's theft, experienced by me and many others.
