I placed a bid and won on an item I found out was not what I wanted...an $839 television set with $205 in shipping. I placed an email to them literally 5 minutes after the bid and stated that I made an error and could they please cancel the order. After several emails of them say no that the order was in process and they could not cancel the order, I received one say that they would attempt to cancel it.

After several days of not knowing whether the item was cancelled or not I contacted them again (the item had not yet been shipped) and asked if they were able to do so.

I received another email saying that they could not do it as it was already in process, and could not cancel the order. I am waiting for a week for this to be cancelled and still this order has not been shipped.

If it is, they tell me I will pay a 15% restocking fee which I can understand and ALL of the shipping charges to return the item! They're just trying to screw consumers out of shipping charages which are inflated!

I still have yet to resolve this issue and feel that I will be stuck with this TV to get rid of on my own!
