As the PO shrill said, the PO does a great job. Hey, be glad they didn't open the envelope and steal your check out of it and seal it up again like they did my package. Oh, by the way here we are at 48 hours and I haven't heard anything from the PO. Called THEM this afternoon and spoke with Teadra, she told me"someone will be calling you back". Called the station manager today, spoke with a supervisor who told me," The customer has to file the complaint, not you", which does tend to make sense, but they could have told me that 3 days ago so she could start the paperwork then. As a footnote. I thought ALL gov. entitlees were required by law to have direct deposit several years ago. If we relied on the PO for OUR checks, we'd die of starvation. Reminds me, sent a rent check to Houston from SA. Took 11 days, making it late, requiring me to pay late fees. I could have walked to Houston in 11 days. Will keep you advised.
