Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving Company are Liars!
My fiance and I booked a move, with Two Small Men With Big Hearts, in Edmonton, Alberta Canada (780), for the end of July 2000. We book it three weeks prior to the move and confirmed it 4 days before. We were told they would be at our house at 9:00am. By 9:30 no one arrived so we called to ask if they were running behind, only to be told they had no paperwork on our move, and there were no trucks available. So here we were, all our belongings packaged and stuck, and the end of the busiest move time of the years.
When my fiancee's step-father called to find out what happened they said "even if they did book with us, find another mover" and hung up on him.
We then called around and found a company called A-1 Moving and Storage here in Edmonton. They said they would do the move, but weren't available until later in the evening. We were so happy to get someone it didnt matter. A-1 did a fabulous job. They were punctual, friendly and didn't damage a thing.
As far as Two Small Men goes...they should rename themselves as Two Small Minds with Big Problems.
