Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My wife and I were in Walmart, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, when we heard a man over the store intercom.  He announced he was giving away prizes if you would come listen to his sales pitch and he assured the listeners it would be a short speech.  It was short.  It was also full of fantastic details about his products, which were jewelry.  The description of the jewelry included an Italian name, the San Tropez Collezzioni, tripple-dipped 24-carat gold-plated, fine-quality, and easy to resell.  The speech would inspire anyone to buy.  The speech makes the listeners feel like they are complete idiots if they don't buy.  One aspect that appealed to me was that I could buy the jewelry at his wholesale price and resell it at the suggested retail price.  His particular jewelry package was only around $60, and it retails for over $400.  How could I pass up this opportunity?  So I bought 2 packages!  Oh!  The nightmare!  None of the statements given by the sales rep. (The rep. was a large man, and I'll give him a piece of my mind if I ever see him again!) can be verified by either the TT Trading Company or by local jewelers.  Not only is it not 24-carat gold-plated, it's not worth nearly $400.  You'll find this tier jewelry for sale at places such as Walmart, on shelves and not locked in display cabinets.  It is "fashion jewelry" and probably only worth $25-50 as an entire collection.  Of course, the value of anything depends on the person willing to buy it.  I also am angry with Walmart because they are allowing this unscrupulous company to do business in their stores.  Part of the psychological pressure is that I found it too hard to believe that Walmart would allow a dishonest person, or company, to sell products, in this manner, in their stores.  Of course, I won't cease shopping at Walmart because it might take all day to find the same products at the various stores.  UGH!  I sent two emails to the TT Trading Company and attempted calls.  The response to my emails was automated and simply told me that someone would contact me within 1-5 days.  I waited a month before sending an additional email which resulted in the same response, word for word, and no phone call or follow-up email.  In my email, I ask for a refund, and in exchange, I would NOT DO THIS - complaint about them scamming me in all my media marketing power.  Actually, I'm not going to do much more than this, because I know there will be no satisfactory resolution to my complaint.  There will not likely be any class-action suit.  There will not likely be any guilt felt by the CONFIDENCE people who run the TT Trading Company.  They will not suddenly learn morality.  So, hopefully, a few people will read this and not conduct business with them.  After further research, it's not just me, and it's not just their jewelry.  They sell only, or nearly only, low-quality products at a premium and offer no customer service beyond the initial sale experience.
