Trusty Transport/ohio Auto Delivery lied about door to door p/u and drop off/ had police at off site location ...my car was 2 weeks late and had things in my car that didn't belong to me Grove City, Ohio
I transported my suv thru trusty transport on a referral from a friend.. I later realized that Trusty transport was a broker and my vehicle was actually being transported by ohio auto delivery. The contract stated door to door transport (first lie)they also told me that i would be contacted 12-24 hours to arrange for pick-up (second lie).
The car was picked up on a thursday from a car dealership (after being promised tuesday/wednesday door to door). I was told the car would be delivered on Saturday....
I just received my car at a remote location on Thursday , 5 days later, with TWO POLICE OFFICERS questioning me because I was upset that the car was 2 weeks late and because they felt threatened because my husband on the phone confronted them about their business practices and my vehicle transport....Oh the reason they gave me that the truck was late was because their truck broke down (right).
I believe that they were waiting to fill Up their transport truck! and on top of that....there were items in my truck that did not belong to me !!!
The police at the destination questioned me and treated me like a criminal....I have never had a police record in my life...I just wanted my vehicle.
UNBELIEVABLE...DO NOT TRUST TRUSTY TRANSPORT OR OHIO AUTO DELIVERY They do not take responsibility for your transport and will call the police if they feel threatened if you are upset.
