After seeing the Living Well Pressure Cooker being demonstrated on TV by Montel Williams I purchased one on 12/17/2011. I paid $129.96 for the cooker and $24.99 for Processing and Handling for a total of $154.95.
The cooker has two small replaceable rubber washers and one large replaceable rubber lid gasket that in time will need to be replaced. Now for the Good part!
I called Tristar Products, Inc. located at Fairfield, NJ 07004 on 01/12/2016 at 1-973-287-5153 in order to place a order for the above mentioned replaceable rubber items. After 15 minutes of explaining what items I needed, and giving the cooker's model number to the representative Numerous times, I was Finally informed that parts for that cooker are Unavailable!!
I asked when the parts would be available and the rep. tried selling me a new pressure cooker!? I thought I was hearing things!
Isn't there a Law reguarding how many years a company Must have replacement parts for products sold to consumers?
