Don't take a loan out with this company. It's for people with bad credit, which is most of us thanks to the economy, but no matter how bad your credit is do not fool with Roadloans or Triad which is the real name of the company. I took a loan out with them and paid them off, however they are showing they reproed my car on my credit report and I'm driving that car everyday. I have sent the credit bureaus copies of my pink slip as well as proof of insurance AND current registration tags but they refuse to take it off because Triad won't send them any paperwork. I had a friend that put 2 payments on the back of her loan and on the orginal date the car would have been paid off they sent her a letter requesting $3700.00 which was the remaining 2 car payments plus $2800.00 in interest! when she couldn't come up with the money they reproed her car!!! After 5 years of payments. There has to be a law against these type of lending practices, but until someone finds it please do not tke a loan out with them. You'll be sorry.

and read the fair credit reporting act, the credit reporting agencies are required by this law to remove incorrect information. the lender is also required by this law to correct incorrect information. You will find information on which government agencies to report this to. Sounds like what is happening if the credit reporting agencies are forwarding your dispute to the creditor who is just resending the same bad information over and over and NOT addressing it all.
