Triad Financial - Roadloans predatory lender!!! Internet
I have paid 23 payments on this loan and suddenly find that I owe as much now as when financed. Figured out that their refusing to take a debit card payment after I was making those on time - said it was my bank - my bank said there should be no reason they would not take a debit card payment. The reason, of course, was to throw the payment behind a few days - just couldn't get the payment "posted". Had to go stand in long line at Walmart to send western union payments which were then not "posted" just long enough to accumulate what must be monumental late fees.
Was constantly harrassed by phone. Called almost every day of this loan - at least once - one day as much as 8 times. In spite of my attempts to communicate with them, was treated with contempt, abuse and threats.
Finally just let them come get the car.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
Am definitely interested in class action or in hearing what would constitute legal reason for lawsuit.
